Dark Seer is Best To Get A BOOTS OF TRAVEL 1st or Radiance and normal boots 1st?

Any idea? dark seer. go for radiance first with normal boots... or straight boots of travel?
I got the feeling some of you will say BOTH... what happen if cant farm.

The question i wan to ask is : boots of travel or radiance w/o normal boots before 20 minute???
